What a great way to keep fit

Yesterday, I did most of the upper body workouts along with Joey Atlas via Sexy Butt Makeover online. It is Week 2 and I am at 2 sets of 11 repetitions. It is so worth it and surely I feel the burn in my arms, shoulders and upper back. Right now I am doing the cardio for 15 minutes with stair stepping. That is the recommended exercises for me from Joey Atlas who is a super fitness expert.

Broke out into a sweat in 15 minutes

Today I did the cardio workout with Joey Atlas, stepping on a small foot stool and then stepping up onto a sturdy chair, all in 15 minutes. I tested my heart rate after doing the cardio. I counted 16 heartbeats in 6 seconds, then added '0' at the end to make it 160 heartbeat per minute.

I did not exercise on Friday however I exercised on Saturday and did the full workout with Joey Atlas, the fitness expert. About the sexy butt makeover, there are 6 butt exercises that are 3 minutes each. I can do it and anybody can do it to get our butt sexy and firm.

Looking forward to exercise tomorrow

The Sexy Body Makeover sessions that I have been working out with Joey Atlas is incredible. I can not explain the excitement of making my body fit and firm in 1-3 months, just in time for summer. For the first time in years, I have been exercising consistently in the past two weeks. I can feel my muscles building up that I never knew I had before.

Loving it and I am feeling great...

Last week, for the first time I did the Luscious Leg workout and my legs was so stiff for three days. I did not get back to exercising until three days ago, my bad! So, on Monday and Wednesday I did my butt workout plan and on Tuesday I did the upper body and leg exercises. My body is not stiff anymore and I am getting back in shape, oh yeah!

Easiest lunch I ever made and it is quite delicious!

Be warned, it is a big lunch and I was not hungry again for hours...

canned salmon, drained
1/2 tomato, diced (I didn't have it on hand and I used cucumber)
2 T. each olive oil and balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
mix it up in a bowl and transfer to a whole wheat tortilla
wrap it up and it is ready to eat
