Commitment to Exercise

For me, I have always liked exercises that mainly uses your own body weight so I went online to find an easy and effective exercises to build my butt & body.

I found an awesome fitness guru (mark my word, he is the ONE!) who does exactly that and his name is Joey Atlas. Last year I bought three of his DVD's - Ultimate Hip Butt and Thigh Makeover, Ultimate Upper Body and Optimum Flexibility. It is unbelievably simple exercises to do and yet I can feel my muscles burning while working out to his exercises.

Mind you, while I love exercising to one of his DVD's, I always find a way to put off exercising. I think I forget what it is like to be fit and firm...
