What a great way to keep fit

Yesterday, I did most of the upper body workouts along with Joey Atlas via Sexy Butt Makeover online. It is Week 2 and I am at 2 sets of 11 repetitions. It is so worth it and surely I feel the burn in my arms, shoulders and upper back. Right now I am doing the cardio for 15 minutes with stair stepping. That is the recommended exercises for me from Joey Atlas who is a super fitness expert.

Broke out into a sweat in 15 minutes

Today I did the cardio workout with Joey Atlas, stepping on a small foot stool and then stepping up onto a sturdy chair, all in 15 minutes. I tested my heart rate after doing the cardio. I counted 16 heartbeats in 6 seconds, then added '0' at the end to make it 160 heartbeat per minute.

I did not exercise on Friday however I exercised on Saturday and did the full workout with Joey Atlas, the fitness expert. About the sexy butt makeover, there are 6 butt exercises that are 3 minutes each. I can do it and anybody can do it to get our butt sexy and firm.

Looking forward to exercise tomorrow

The Sexy Body Makeover sessions that I have been working out with Joey Atlas is incredible. I can not explain the excitement of making my body fit and firm in 1-3 months, just in time for summer. For the first time in years, I have been exercising consistently in the past two weeks. I can feel my muscles building up that I never knew I had before.

Loving it and I am feeling great...

Last week, for the first time I did the Luscious Leg workout and my legs was so stiff for three days. I did not get back to exercising until three days ago, my bad! So, on Monday and Wednesday I did my butt workout plan and on Tuesday I did the upper body and leg exercises. My body is not stiff anymore and I am getting back in shape, oh yeah!

Easiest lunch I ever made and it is quite delicious!

Be warned, it is a big lunch and I was not hungry again for hours...

canned salmon, drained
1/2 tomato, diced (I didn't have it on hand and I used cucumber)
2 T. each olive oil and balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
mix it up in a bowl and transfer to a whole wheat tortilla
wrap it up and it is ready to eat

Sexy Butt Workout - done in 20 mins

Started with warm ups, stretching butt muscles then onto exercising my butt. Fifteen mintues later, doing the hip extension with the chair and this is where I can feel the burn, whew! Then ended with the cool down stretches and I am at 1 set of 15 reps for each butt exercises.

In my backyard

It is getting warmer outside and this is me standing next to a crooked willow tree. I am fairly slim and I have a flabby flat butt. That is not who I am and I am determined to make my butt sexy with SBM.

Scrumptious Omelette

This is part of my nutrition diet guideline with SBM and I had this for breakfast this morning. Whipped up two eggs with green onions in a frying pan with butter/olive oil and later added salsa. Buttered a whole wheat English muffins.

Be Smart

I had a kink in my upper back for a few years now and I pulled a muscle in the same area again. I was doing the sexy stomach exercise and I should have arched properly from the stomach. My fault for not knowing better than that, meanwhile I am recuperating.

Done SBM workout today

I am inspired by Joey Atlas that I wake up to SBM like a fresh cup of coffee in the morning! The Sexy Body Makeover works really works my muscles to the bone and it is easy fun exercises to do at the same time. In the future, I will be posting pictures of myself displaying some of the exercises from SBM.

Commitment to Exercise

For me, I have always liked exercises that mainly uses your own body weight so I went online to find an easy and effective exercises to build my butt & body.

I found an awesome fitness guru (mark my word, he is the ONE!) who does exactly that and his name is Joey Atlas. Last year I bought three of his DVD's - Ultimate Hip Butt and Thigh Makeover, Ultimate Upper Body and Optimum Flexibility. It is unbelievably simple exercises to do and yet I can feel my muscles burning while working out to his exercises.

Mind you, while I love exercising to one of his DVD's, I always find a way to put off exercising. I think I forget what it is like to be fit and firm...
